興城科技結合了日本合作夥伴的「非接觸式測量技術」與本公司獨家研發的「測試器核心技術 (Tester Core Technology)」，正式推出專為高壓測量設計的自研 ASIC 晶片。此舉突破了傳統電測設備長期以來的技術瓶頸，針對 IC 封裝 (IC Package) 及 PCB 領域，提供更具競爭力的電測解決方案。

– 絕緣電阻測試能力達 2GΩ（250V DC）。

【Development Background】
Leveraging the non-contact electrical testing technology from our Japanese subsidiary and our proprietary tester core development capabilities, Centrum Technology has made significant investments to develop its own ASIC. This breakthrough overcomes the technical limitations of existing electrical testing equipment and provides IC substrate and PCB manufacturers with a more competitive testing solution.
